At Aqualogica, we strive to ensure your skin stays hydrated and happy; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items remain in their original packaging with the seals intact to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Our team will review your request and images to verify the concern, usually providing an update within 24 to 48 hours.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; please keep the item packed and ready for our courier partner.

  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
